Salvia hians is an aromatic Himalayan native sage with foliage that is both slightly sticky and hairy, yet it is an attractive plant. It develops into a small shrub that produces masses of purple-blue flowers throughout the summer months. 

Easy to grow in a sunny location with moist but well-drained soil.
