Thymus longiflorus | long-flowered thyme

This lesser known shrublet from south-eastern Spain looks like a miniaturized rosemary, but it is actually a very tasty culinary thyme. Pinky purple flowers are incredibly showy from June to September. Grow it only in a sunny, gravely or sandy, well-drained spot.
