Double curled parsley has a milder flavor than the more common flat-leaf variety. It also has a fun texture that adds some flair to the garden. This easy to grow biennial prefers sun or part shade and moist, fertile soil. Like fennel, dill, and caraway, parsley is a larval host for the black swallowtail butterfly.
