Corsican mint (Mentha requienii) is a creeping perennial ground cover with tiny lilac blooms and an intense aroma. It is happiest in part shade on soil that never full dries out, but it is a tolerant plant and will thrive in almost any condition short of drought. We like it best when planted between rocks (see image 3) or cascading over the sides of a pot (see image 5).
