blazing star

Liatris spicata 'Floristan Violet'

Tall wands of fluffy flowers call in the pollinators as they rise above a tuft of grassy foliage. Low care and easy to grow in full sun on moderately fertile average to moist but well-drained soil.

'Floristan Violet' has bright-violet purple flowers. Fall foliage is a lovely, rich bronze.
