Siberian corydalis is the largest in the genus and it is stunning. Spicy-scented yellow and brown flowers top the glaucous ferny leaves for three-ish weeks from April to May. After bloom, plants set seed then go dormant in June. Happiest if kept moist in spring then reasonably dry during the dormant period.
Fun fact: seeds are dispersed by ants who feast on elaiosomes, a high-fat nutrient that is attached to the seeds
Note: Plants will take a few years to become established and begin flowering.
