Artemisia stelleriana 'Mori's Strain' | dusty miller sagewort

ARCHIVED PLANT. This page serves as reference only. We are no longer propagating this plant.

Artemisia are wonderful plants prized above all else for their silver-grey foliage. Most are easy to grow in any dry, sunny spot and make an excellent foil to more brightly colored plants.

'Mori's Strain' has extraordinarily beautiful rounded silvery-white foliage. This plant will form a splendid carpet, resembling Dusty Miller, but it is hardy year round and will even remain ever-gray in warmer areas of the country.

We include this plant in the 2025 catalog with some trepidation. It can be a little tricky to grow, but, oh is it beautiful when it is happy!
