Collection: Whorlflower

This rare, highly ornamental, Himalayan native has fragrant, thistle-like foliage but decidedly un-thistle-like flowers. The large flowers, which grow in whorls around the stem, emerge white early in summer but deepen to red once pollinated. Dried flowers are beautiful in bouquets or when left to stand in the garden over winter.
