The Sugar Maple is a classic large landscape tree with an upright oval to rounded form. These spectacular trees are famed for their fall foliage which ranges anywhere from pale yellow to vibrant red. Our favorite feature, however, is the spring bloom show. The greenish-yellow flowers look like huge bursts of confetti and are a boon to early pollinators. Best grown in moist but well-drained, acidic soil.
