Cypress spurge is an extraordinarily showy, yet tough ground cover. It truly looks like a miniature cypress until the chartreuse blooms burst open in spring. Flowers and bracts fade to red-orange as they age. Deer, rabbit, and drought tolerant. This plant is easy to grow, but can be hard to remove as it spreads rapidly.
Note: plant with caution as this plant can quickly escape the garden and naturalize elsewhere.
Midwestern gardeners: please check your states invasive species list before ordering!
